Interlocking driveways start around $15–$25 per sq ft installed. Patios and walkways run $12–$20/sq ft. Total project costs typically range $6,000–$40,000. Free quotes available.
A properly installed interlocking driveway lasts 25–30 years with minimal maintenance. The key is proper base preparation — 8–12 inches of compacted granular.
Most residential interlocking projects don't need a permit. Projects involving drainage changes or retaining walls over 1m may require one.
Usually caused by improper base depth or compaction. We excavate to the proper depth and use compacted granular A base to prevent heaving.
Polymeric sand is a joint-filling compound that hardens when wet, preventing weed growth and ant infiltration between pavers. We use it on all installs.
